During chemical dosing, multiple chemicals are directed into a container and mixed. This is a precise and fully automated process using multi-port ball valves with an electrical actuator and pneumatically controlled diaphragm valves. Then the mixed chemicals can be safely directed to the analysis or production process. The containers can be flushed with solvent if necessary.
